Pad Printing is a versatile, state of the art technology which can print graphics on three dimensional parts. PF Technologies offers multi-color sealed ink cup pad printing technology. Our on-site graphic design personnel can provide necessary design assistance and generate production ready film positives. In-house polymer cliché capabilities offer our customers 24 hour turn-around time for pad printed samples.

At PF Technologies our screen printing technology for three dimensional parts requires graphics to be applied to a flat surface. Our tooling and locating fixtures will allow us to fixture the part and apply your graphics to a flat surface on a three dimensionally shaped part. The silk-screening process applies a thicker ink film which will provide you with greater abrasion resistance.

At PF Technologies, we combine our silk-screen and die cutting capabilities to produce 1st and 2nd surface printed labels. We make the entire label – from multi-color silk-screening, embossing, laminating adhesive and die cutting.

Another PF Technologies expertise is 2nd surface printed lenses. Using single-sided hard coated plastic we apply 2nd surface printed graphics and laminate die-cut adhesive. This sheet stock will then be precision machined to your specified dimensions. This provides you with a lower cost optically clear hard coated lens.
